Go to a beauty supply store and buy a cap with the holes in it. Then pull the strands of hair through it that you want highlighted. Its the easiest way to do it. I do it that way.

well u just mix it up in a bowl and just take peices and put the hair dye on it and use it just like highlighting hair dye..
