The best way is with a professional...if you want to do it yourself or have a very trust worthy friend do it the colors show up best on lighter hair colors for more vibrancy. Find pictures on the web that you like the color contrasts or placements on and show a stylist.

you're going to have to be careful about what color green you use. too dark and you're orange highlights are going to pop right out, and it will look very strange. you're going to want a very light green, almost like you went swimming in a pool with too much chlorine, you know? and then i'd be careful with the orange i picked too, go with a light pastel orange, nothing dark. when you put these kinds of colors together, unless they're both light soft shades, you will very likely have problems. i dont know that i could do it on my own head. unless you've done this kind of stuff before, and you're super confident you can do it yourself, i'd go to a hairstylist first, making sure they understand you want a light green, and orange.
